When reporting an issue
Include the affected screen, what you expected, and whether the report or result remains available. Do not send private report content outside the authenticated product unless support specifically asks for a safe diagnostic excerpt.
Content corrections
Factual errors in a LabCrux guide can be reported to the same address without including private report material. Solice will check the cited primary source, correct verified errors, and update the page date when the published meaning changes.
Credit and result problems
A failed run without a valid result should not use a credit. The same address can be used to report an incorrect credit balance or an unavailable completed result.
