Privacy

This notice explains how LabCrux handles your account, reports, supporting files, purchases, and audit results.

What LabCrux keeps

LabCrux keeps the name, email address, and account ID associated with your sign-in; purchase history and credit state; uploaded report originals and supporting materials including images; derived content and audit results; and the operational records needed to deliver and protect the service.

Why the data is used

This information is used to authenticate you, run the audit you request, preserve your private archive, restore prior results, support deletion, and maintain service reliability.

Service providers

LabCrux uses Clerk to manage authentication; Apple or Google to process a sign-in when you choose that method; Tencent Cloud COS and the product database for private storage; E2B for isolated processing; CloudConvert for temporary DOCX-to-text conversion; DeepSeek for the requested audit; and Apple for App Store purchases. Images and PDF pages without usable text are converted to text on your device using Apple system frameworks before upload. Providers receive only the information needed for those functions. LabCrux does not sell report content to these providers or authorize advertising use.

Model processing

Audit material is sent to the DeepSeek Open Platform to produce the requested result. When you run an audit, you request this processing. DeepSeek’s published model disclosure says a small portion of user input may be used for optimization training and offers an opt-out. Its Open Platform terms govern the API service.

Public website measurement

Public pages use Google Analytics 4 to understand visits and improve the website. It may receive browser and device information, the public page path, referrer or campaign information, interactions, and approximate geography. LabCrux does not install this measurement on authenticated account, report, result, credit, purchase, API, or health surfaces, and sends only the public path without URL query or fragment values. Browser controls and content blockers can limit this measurement.

Retention and deletion

Uploaded originals, derived content, and results remain in your authenticated archive until you delete an audit or delete your account. Confirmed deletion removes the associated retained data through the product deletion flow. For temporary DOCX processing, LabCrux requests deletion of each CloudConvert conversion job immediately after success, failure, or cancellation. Any provider-side retention outside that deletion request is governed by CloudConvert’s terms and privacy notice.

What LabCrux does not do

LabCrux does not sell personal data, use private reports for advertising, or use private report content to train a Solice-operated model.
