What LabCrux does—and does not do
LabCrux audits relationships inside one completed STEM report package and leaves authorship, scientific judgment, and assessment authority where they belong.
What LabCrux audits
LabCrux looks for potential mismatches among submitted numbers, units, calculations, figures, prose claims, and provided rubric requirements. Each finding points back to the material locations that justify review.
What it cannot establish
Internal agreement cannot prove that a method is valid, data are authentic, an interpretation is correct, a citation supports a claim, or an instructor will award a particular grade.
What it does not author or police
LabCrux is not a lab report writer, paraphraser, citation generator, plagiarism detector, AI-authorship detector, or automatic grader. It does not fabricate observations or silently replace student prose.
How to use a finding
Inspect both cited locations, reconstruct legitimate transformations, apply the actual course rule, correct from the authoritative source, and recheck dependent sections. Reject a finding when the report's evidence explains the difference.
