Use the actual assignment rubric
Do not substitute a generic report format or another course's checklist. Preserve descriptors, required files, and instructor clarifications with their current date.
Build an evidence map
For each requirement, record the section, figure, table, calculation, appendix, or attachment that addresses it. A keyword match is only a candidate location.
Separate presence from quality
